FOLK IS BACK! and it can also be (cool?) enough to play on clear channel's air waves... well probably not, the lyrics will be too raw for public hearing. (at least in the eyes of clear channel) Nu Folk is driven by two things. Over driven guitars, and usually sinister lyrics. Nu Folk artists, will be a lot like Tom Waits, but darker in content (in retrospect)
